San Diego - Day Three

(Dan Writing) Hello all! It's our third day in Cali and all is well. Today we went to the famous San Diego Zoo and saw many strange, furry creatures (the arctic wolf was a highlight). Getting to feed a giraffe was fun, as was riding the Skyfari Tram (though MC was terrified on it). After we were done at the Zoo we headed over to the Old Town district and absorbed some of the local color (some highlights: the mission-style Immaculate Conception Church & the ultra-kitschy Old Town Market). We finished up our day by having a lovely dinner at Cafe Coyote. Great nachos!
